About IPAS Fund

Indigenous Peoples in Asia represent two-thirds of the global Indigenous population, with over 300 million of the 461 million worldwide. Despite their rich cultural heritage and critical role in environmental stewardship, many Indigenous Peoples face severe marginalization, exclusion from decision-making processes, and lack access to resources necessary to assert their rights and pursue self-determined development. In response to these challenges, the IPAS Fund was created as a testament to the solidarity shared among Indigenous Peoples across Asia. It provides crucial support to Indigenous communities as they fight for their rights, protect their ancestral lands, and promote sustainable, community-driven development. Join us in making a difference—together, we can Strengthen Our Resilience and Respect Our Rights.
