Keterikatan mendalam mereka dengan tanah, air, hutan, dan kearifan budaya merupakan bagian penting dari warisan negara tersebut. Namun, komunitas-komunitas ini\u2014terutama anak-anak dan generasi muda mereka\u2014terus menghadapi pengucilan dari proses pembangunan, akses terbatas terhadap hak-hak dasar, dan ancaman terhadap cara hidup tradisional mereka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Jaringan Anak dan Pemuda Adat Ton-kla (TKN)<\/strong>, di bawah bimbingan <strong>Dewan Masyarakat Adat Thailand (CIPT)<\/strong>, berupaya memberdayakan pemuda adat. Jaringan ini memberikan mereka wadah untuk belajar, berbagi, memimpin, dan menyuarakan aspirasi mereka demi keadilan dan perlindungan lingkungan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Salah satu kegiatan utama yang didukung oleh inisiatif ini adalah <strong>Perkemahan Kepemimpinan Pemuda tentang Perubahan Iklim untuk Hak dan Suara Masyarakat Adat<\/strong>\u2014sebuah ajang yang sangat bermakna yang mempertemukan para pemimpin muda masyarakat adat untuk belajar, merenung, dan mengambil tindakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Pada tanggal<strong> 31 Mei hingga 3 Juni 2025<\/strong>, para pemuda adat dari lima wilayah berkumpul di Chiang Rai untuk mengikuti Perkemahan Kepemimpinan Pemuda, yang diselenggarakan di <strong>Meechai C&amp;C; Center<\/strong>, Kecamatan Pa Ngio, Kabupaten Wiang Pa Pao. Acara yang berlangsung selama empat hari ini menciptakan ruang untuk belajar, refleksi diri, dan advokasi, dengan fokus pada tiga pilar utama:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi untuk Perubahan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pengetahuan Iklim, Sains, dan Kearifan Adat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memahami hak-hak Masyarakat Adat di tingkat nasional dan internasional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inti dari perkemahan ini adalah membantu kaum muda mengeksplorasi identitas mereka dan hubungan mereka dengan lingkungan melalui sesi-sesi praktis yang transformatif:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 <strong>\u201cSiapa Saya?\u201d dan \u201cDuniaku dan Duniamu\u201d<\/strong><br>Anak-anak dan pemuda merenungkan identitas dan akar mereka, menghubungkan pengalaman pribadi mereka dengan dampak perubahan iklim. Sesi ini membuka ruang bagi mereka untuk tumbuh sebagai pemimpin masa depan untuk perubahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 <strong>\u201cDunia Komunitas Huai Hin Lad Nai\u201d<\/strong><br>Para peserta mengunjungi komunitas Huai Hin Lad Nai untuk belajar dari praktik pengelolaan sumber daya alam mereka, yang didasarkan pada kearifan lokal. Mereka melihat secara langsung perjuangan, titik balik, dan upaya yang dipimpin oleh masyarakat untuk melindungi hutan dan aliran air. Ini adalah pengalaman nyata dalam menjadi \"komunikator untuk perubahan.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 <strong>\u201cStudi Kampanye\u201d<\/strong><br>Para pemuda mempraktikkan pemikiran kritis dengan menganalisis isu-isu di komunitas mereka dan merancang strategi komunikasi untuk mengadvokasi keadilan iklim dan hak-hak Masyarakat Adat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 <strong>\u201cPitch untuk Perubahan\u201d<\/strong><br>Sesi ini menjadi puncak perkemahan, memungkinkan para pemuda untuk mempresentasikan rencana komunikasi mereka dan berbagi kisah yang ingin mereka bawa kembali ke komunitas masing-masing.
